Using the enquiry form
The Contact page offers PlumbWorx’s enquiry form hosted by Tradify (TradeHQ). It asks for your name, email address, phone number, job address and job description, with an option to add attachments. When you submit it, the information is sent through Tradify to PlumbWorx so Chris can manage and respond to your enquiry.
The embedded form is not loaded until you select “Allow & load enquiry form”. Loading it connects your browser to Tradify and its analytics and security services, which may use cookies and process technical information such as your IP address. This choice is not remembered between page visits. You can close the embedded form using the button below it, although this does not delete information already sent or cookies already set. Alternatively, open the form on Tradify directly, or contact Chris by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Tradify handles information under its privacy policy. Only share information and photographs needed for the job. WhatsApp and email are separate contact options with their own provider privacy practices.
Why your details are needed
Contact and job information is used to respond to your request, discuss the work and arrange any agreed service. Asking for a quote or booking may involve processing necessary to take steps towards a contract or to fulfil one.
Information held after you contact Chris
Enquiries submitted through the form are held in Tradify for PlumbWorx to manage. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email remain in those services and any systems used to manage the job. Contact Chris if you would like to ask about access, correction, deletion or how long a particular record is held. Some information may need to be kept for work records, legal obligations or handling a query.
Website technology & cookies
This website’s own code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Hosting and network providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. External services linked from this website have their own privacy and cookie practices.
Checkatrade review button
The Reviews page loads a button script from Checkatrade. Your browser connects to Checkatrade to download it, which shares technical request information such as your IP address. Selecting the button opens Checkatrade’s review form, where their privacy and cookie practices apply.
Your choices
You can contact Chris by phone instead of using the form. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
